Returns and exchanges
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. We also accept exchanges. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Drop-off returns have no cost; if you choose to ship your return, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
Product condition
Products may be new or slightly used when returned.
Special condition for plants
Plants must be alive and returned in an acceptable condition. Some superficial damage is acceptable, but plants that have died are not eligible for return.
