Return Policy
We accept returns for all items purchased from Stone & Bark within 30 days of purchase.
30-day return window
All items are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date. The 30-day return period applies to every item, regardless of whether it was purchased online or in person.
Online and in-person purchases
This return policy applies equally to purchases made through our online store and purchases made at our physical location.
Plant returns
Plants must be alive and returned in an acceptable condition. Some superficial damage is acceptable, but plants that have died are not eligible for return.
